Senior Scientific Officer job at PCSIR

PCSIR, an R&D Organization working under Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, Islamabad require the following staff for its project "Establishment of Medical Cannabis Greenhouses For Biotechnology Derived Bio-products, National Hemp & Cannabis Analytical Laboratory and National Industrial Hemp & Medicinal Cannabis Authority PCSIR Labs/ Head Office Islamabad", purely on contract basis for the period of 1 year which will be extended on the approval of competent authority on the following terms and conditions.

Qualification / Experience

• Ph. D (with two years' experience) 
• MPhil (with 04 years experience).
• MSc (with 05 years experience) in Analytical Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology

Experience in reputed organization especially practical work on GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, HPLC, ICP-MS, qPCR and Atomic Absorption etc.

Eligibility Criteria

i. For S. No 1 maximum age limit is up to 35 years.

ii. Preference will be given to candidates having substantial experience in the relevant field.

iii. For S. No 1, only candidates having throughout the first division in their academic career are eligible to apply.

iv. Only one second division throughout the career is accepted and no third division will be accepted.

v. Experience will be counted as per award of degree (As required).
