Barrick Gold Corporation is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project - the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Relevant
experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Requirement
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably within the mining industry. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of mining equipment maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a maintenance team, coordinate daily activities, implement strategic planning, monitor workflow, develop preventive maintenance schedules, oversee tasks and repairs, ensure quality and safety, enforce compliance, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with experts, control costs, and coordinate with procurement teams.
