Accounts & Finance/ Admin Assistant (PPS-06) - 2 Year Contract

Qualification:

M. Com/BBA (16 years) from any HEC recognized University (1st Division in final degree and no 3rd Division in the entire academic career), M.A/MSC.

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts, Finance, and administrative matters in any Government and Private Organization

Description

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment to various posts (PPS-02 to 07) based in Islamabad under the project titled "National Programme for Enhancing Command Area in Barani Areas of Pakistan" PARC Research & Skill Development Component, Ministry of National Food Security and Research, purely on contract basis initially for a period of two years extendable further on yearly basis till the completion of the project. The positions will be filled strictly on a merit basis in a transparent manner and in accordance with the guidelines provided in Ministry of Finance O. M. No. F. 4(9) R-14/2008 dated 18th April, 2022.

Terms & Conditions:

In all cases, the general instructions/recruitment policy of the Establishment Division contained in their O. M. No. 53/1/2008-SP dated 22.10.2014, 16.01.2015, and 03.03.2015 as amended from time to time will be followed.

Recruitment to the above posts would be on a contract basis and subject to the following conditions:-

1. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government Policy in vogue.
2. Women are encouraged to apply for serial no 1 & 2.
3. Government employees should apply through the proper channels. However, the NOC shall be produced at the time of the test/interview. Failing which applicant will not be allowed for test/interview.
4. For applying to the posts from PPS-02 to PPS-07, the applicants will submit the applications on the prescribed forms along with copies of CNIC, educational transcripts, experience certificates, and NOC (where required) shall be submitted to the below-given address within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. The forms can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of National Food Security and Research (www.mnfsr.govt.pk). The name of the post applied shall be clearly & BOLDLY written on the envelope.
5. The prescribed application form shall be used for applying for posts carrying PPS-6-PPS-07 (S.No.1-2) and PPS-02 (Sr.No 3-5) separately. A duly filled-in form, in all respects, shall reach the undersigned within fifteen (15) days from the publication of this advertisement.
6.  Incomplete applications as well as applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
8. No TA/DA would be admissible for appearing in a test/interview.
9. The competent authority reserves the right not to fill the posts or withhold the appointment of any or all posts without assigning any reason.
