Islamabad Electricity Supply Company is a leading power distribution company of Pakistan serving more than 3.56 million customers with an annual revenue base of over Rs. 190 billion having operational jurisdiction that covers 05 districts namely Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal ESCO is actively looking for high caliber professional for the following position for implementation of ERP-SAP in IESCO. The candidates are expected to have demonstrated capability/ potential for their respective responsibilities and proactive management style:

Project Director (ERP)

Responsible for

• Spearheading the implementation of the transition towards an ERP -SAP platform and integration of existing IT applications and infrastructure of the company.
• Successful and sustainable implementation of ERP-SAP at IESCO.
• Developing, leading, and training the IESCO team and employees towards successful completion and sustainable implementation of ERP -SAP modules as per requirement and guidance of BoD/ management of IESCO
• Advising the IESCO BoD/ Management towards successful implementation of ERP-SAP at the IESCO level.
• Developing a comprehensive IT/ERP Policy, Plan, and road map toward success.
• Preparing project framework/ methodology by clearly identifying the goals and objectives of the project, required input, targets, monitoring mechanism, potential risks, and assumptions covering finance aspects.
• Acquisition of resources, effective communication, and supporting ERP-SAP project managers. 
• Detail Terms of Reference (TORS) are available on the IESCO website.

Qualification and Experience

• Master in Computer science (at least 60% marks) from HEC recognized local or foreign university/ institution. However, Ph.D. in computer science from HEC recognized local or foreign university/ institution will be given preference.
• Minimum of recent past 10-year of work experience in implementing ERP Systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be preferred.
• ERP-SAP implementation experience will be a pre-requisite.
• ERP implementation in any state-owned entity/  power distribution company will be preferred
• Proven experience in Procurement of ERP, Managing Projects covering design, Development, and implementation of ERP solutions or any complex software application.
• ERP life cycle management knowledge and experience would be highly regarded.

Salary package, tenure, and Age limit

• The Position is offered on a market based comprise salary commensurate with qualifications and experience of the candidate.
• Tenure of post requirement will initially be 03 years extendable on satisfactory performance on a need basis.
• The candidate should be a maximum of 45 year of age by the closing date of the advertisement
