The Company invites applications from energetic and experienced candidates for the following position on one (01) a year contract basis (extendable on satisfactory performance):

CHIEF ENGINEER (CIVIL) (BPS-20)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University. Preference will be given to a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

Should have registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

20 years post qualification experience of Civil Engineering works in BPS-17/18/19 in a government/public sector entity (preferably power sector) OR as Civil Engineer in some reputed private sector organization preferably at the managerial level.

At least 10 years experience in supervisory/leading role in the experience of Designing, Contract Management, and Construction Management of civil works.

Preference will be given for experience in Civil Works related to 220kV and above Grid Stations, Transmission Lines design, Construction, and associated infrastructure.

Upper Age Limit: 55-Years

OTHER SKILLS:

Knowledge and Experience in project management, contract management, structural design, construction supervisor, concreting, and rehabilitation.

Knowledge of relevant rules and laws viz PPRA, Tendering, and Quality Control.

Application knowledge of relevant software e.g., STAAD / Primavera/SAP/SAFE or other related design software.

Knowledge of ACI Code, IBC, and related Design Code.

Strong technical acumen in Project Budgeting and Cost Management.
