Job Description:

Beaconhouse Group's High Purchase Company drives e-commerce with BNPL services, offering consumers flexibility and convenience. The ideal candidate will excel in demand-supply management, product portfolio oversight, inventory lifecycle, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BNPL Integration & Optimization: Lead the seamless integration and optimization of BNPL solutions to enhance user experience and increase adoption.
  • Demand & Supply Management: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to forecast demand, aligning supply strategies and inventory levels accordingly.
  • Vendor Price Negotiation: Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing by leveraging demand data, volume commitments, and long-term relationships.
  • Product Portfolio & Roadmap: Manage a diverse product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demand, while developing and prioritizing the product roadmap.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive growth, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning & Data-Driven Decisions: Develop strategies to expand product offerings and improve operational efficiency, using data-driven insights to refine product strategies and performance.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in e-commerce, BNPL, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Education/Qualification:
  • PHD / PHD Scholar / MS in relevant field.
