Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) - PPIF

Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit, public-sector company established to render financial and technical assistance to innovative projects for population planning, improving access, and generating demand for family planning services. PPIF invites job applications from suitable candidates for the following vacant positions on a contract basis, which is extendable upon performance.

Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

Qualification:

• Member of a Recognized Body of Professional Accountants (OR)
• Certified Internal Auditor (OR)
• Certified Fraud Examiner (OR)
• Certified Internal Control Auditor (OR)
• Person Holding a Master's Degree in Finance from a University Recognized by the Higher Education Commission

Experience:

• Six (06) Years of Relevant Audit Experience out of which at least 05 years of qualification Experience in internal Audit including risk management, designing internal control procedures, and effective compliance of financial reliability.
• Minimum 03 Years experience in similar Senior Management/ Leadership.

Added Advantage

• Experience and familiarity with public sector organizations and donor-funded projects/development projects will be an added advantage.
• Working experience as Chief Internal Auditor of a public sector company as per the provision of SECP.
• Experience in a CIA position will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and practices/taxation laws
• Detailed knowledge of auditing standards and internal audit practices.
• Sound knowledge of risk assessment and management.
• Understanding of organizational processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of PPRA rules.
• The candidate is to fulfill 'fit & proper criteria' as laid down in PSC (CG) Rules 2013.

(Note)

Provided that individuals serving as Chief Internal Auditor of the Public Sector Company for the Last Five (05) Years at the time of coming into force of these rules shall be exempted from the above qualification requirements.

Age Limit:

Not more than 55 years from the last date of receipt of the applications.
