The Punjab Tianjin University of Technology Lahore is a Public Sector University established by the Government of the Punjab. Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Province of Punjab for various posts purely on a contract basis for the Project Implementation Unit of the project titled “Strengthening of Punjab Tianjin University of Technology, Lahore”

Qualification/ Experience

1. B.Sc. (second division) in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission;
2. registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council as an Engineer in Civil; and
3. twelve years’ post-qualification experience in a relevant field; out of which four years’ experience must be related to the management of work with the following expertise:
   1.  Preparation of documents required to hire a consultant;
   2. Preparation of Tender/Bidding Documents;
   3. Overseeing project-related management matters;
   4.  Procurement;
   5.  Administrative matters;
   6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other organizations.

Age Limit: 35-50 years

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The candidate must submit the hard copy of the application form complete in all respects along with attested photocopies of all educational testimonials, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and one passport-size photograph at the address given below latest by 14.03.2025 before the closing hours along with payment receipt of Rs. 2000/- for PPS 7 and above and Rs. 500 for PPS 2 and below in any branch of Bank of Punjab in favor of Punjab Tianjin University of Technology Account No. 6580064981000010.
3. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad.
4. Candidates already in service should apply through the proper channel by the due date.
5. Incomplete applications (in any case) or those received after due date shall not be entertained.
6. The candidates should attach a separate list of attached documents with signatures.
7. Age relaxation will be observed as per Government rules.
8. The above positions are being offered on an extendable annual contract basis (till the completion of the project, the expected completion date is 30.06.2026). Being project employee on a lump-sum basis, they will have no right to the regularization of service.
9. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview and no TA/DA will be admissible for this purpose.
