General Manager (Tech) job at Public Sector Organization

Pay Package: Rs. 257,000/- per month approx, inclusive of all allowances

a) BE/B.Sc (Electrical/Electronics Engineering) (1" Div)

OR

b) M.S/M.Sc (Electrical Electronics Engineering)

POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

1. 13 years in the relevant field.

OR

2. 11 years in the relevant field.

Skills:

• Candidates having the following skills will be preferred:-
• Experience in digital design and hardware implementation.
• Optimization of Signal Processing
• Algorithms with respect to implementation on the FPGA platform.
• Development and testing of high-speed interfaces (SRIO, DDR3/4) on high-end FPGAs (including Zynq Ultrascale and Virtex, Ultrascale).
• Experience in leading complex Signal processing implementation projects and their completion in the form of products.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. For above mentioned posts: Only one 2nd  Division will be allowed in the entire educational career however degree is first class. The final degree must be in the 1st Division (For the Annual System 60% and for the Semester System 2.5/4.00 CGPA). Moreover, no 3rd Division in the entire educational career is allowed.
2. Degrees, Diplomas, and certificates must be recognized from HEC/PEC/Board of Technical Education/Govt. Recognized Institutes as applicable. For A level / Level / Foreign Degree, equivalence certificates must be from HEC/IBCC.
3. The prescribed educational qualifications must have been acquired on or before the closing date.
4. "Post Qualification Experience" means the experience gained after the date of attaining the required qualification will be the closing date.
5. The maximum upper age limit for the above-mentioned posts is 35 years.
6. The cut-off date for the calculation of age is the closing date. Only the candidates who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply. Candidature of those who do not fulfill the requirements and apply for any of the above positions may be canceled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during and after selection.
7. Candidates already serving in Govt./ Semi Govt. Organizations/ Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels.
8. Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If a large number of applications meet the selection criteria, only the most qualified would be shortlisted.
