Job description
Essentials
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role/ capacity.
- Experience in the APSACs system will be preferred.
Job Description
- Establish performance standards, evaluate performance, and recommend training.
- Liaison with senior academic staff to ensure quality standards in all working areas by devising applicable qualitative and quantitative measures
- Manage quality assurance systems, provision of authentic data, monthly evaluation reports, and performance indicators.
- Ensure result analysis of board and non-board classes and develop strategies for continuous enhancement of academic performance.
