RESOURCE PERSONS/EXPERTS/TRAINERS
National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), HEC Islamabad is the Professional Development & Capacity Building Hub of the Higher Education Commission (HEC). NAHE organizes Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for enhancing the capacity of the faculty and management of Higher Education Institutions (HEls).
NAHE aims to establish a community of highly competent, motivated, and exceptional Resource Persons/Experts/Trainers to implement design (if required) capacity building training programmes. These programmes are intended for faculty members and management cadres as well as employees of HEC. The objective is to build their capacity, enhance their skills and create expertise in their respective roles, ultimately contributing to the overall development and growth of the education sector. Remuneration will be offered at market-competitive rates to the selected Resource Persons/Experts/ Trainers. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Advance degree, preferably Ph.D. but not below sixteen-year minimum qualification from HEC national/international higher education institutions recognised by HEC.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years Teaching/Training Experience in their relevant areas of expertise. Experience/ Exposure at international forums will be an added advantage. . Continuous Professional Development & Capacity Building: Resource Persons/Experts/Trainers should demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development, in compliance with the latest trends in their field. Experience of working in national/international settings in developing and delivering capacity building programmes will be given preference.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Resource Person/Experts/Trainer will be expected to render learner oriented interventions and should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive Interactions with participants and providing constructive feedback to achieve effective learning outcomes.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Resource Person/Experts/Trainer should be adaptable and flexible in their approach, customizing training sessions keeping in view the specific professional requirements of HEls teaching faculty and management.

- Experience means the experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
- Part time, honourary, apprentice, or internee experience will not be considered.
- Only eligible candidates will be called for the interview. Interview of eligible candidates residing outside the
- Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be arranged via video conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Karachi, Lahore. Quetta & Peshawar) or through Zoom/MS-Teams.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
